This article provides the conceptualization of post-traumatic development (PTD) in terms a dialectical unity processes stress disorder (PTSD) and growth (PTG); practical implications for eco-centered facilitation development. The results research indicate that process personality is paradoxical, irreversible scarcely predictable. In perspective attractor change not about content transient forms (such as trauma, success, flow) but stabilization their change: thesis – antithesis synthesis. As compared to PTG, PTD’s outcome systemic transition novel (not better or positive) identity. PTSD well PTG constitute minor cycles within major cycle PTD. core metaphor work immunity system (SPI) which has an ambivalent nature: on one hand, it defends from influence adversarial agents other proactively guards stagnation lack confrontation discontinuity.
